I installed them in the summer to prepare for fall.  The next spring I had to take them all off because they weren't working.  They had actually caught leaves and debris and held them in place over the gutters until their weight when wet caused them to collapse the guards compounding the problem.  I took the all off and took them back to Home Depot explaining they just don't do the job for which they are intended.  Home Depot claimed I had waited too long to return the items.  I explained that I didn't know until after the winter was over that they had failed so miserably and even if I had, I wouldn't have climbed up there during the winter to clean them off and discover their failure.  That's what I bought them for...to avoid having to climb up there during the late fall and winter to clean out my gutters.  Home Depot refused to take them back and refund me.  I left them there because I had no use for them, but I told Home Depot they would lose a lot more business from me than the cost of reimbursing me for a product that did not work.  For 15 years now, I have done all similar shopping at Lowe's who has a much more consumer friendly return policy.

They were very nice, very professional, and they were on time, I have no complaints. We just found a better price. They were easy to deal with. They were very responsive, and they followed up.

I give them 5 stars. They had to come out and measure them, and they had to order the custom made ones. That took quite a lot of detailed work. There was a little bit of difficulty in the installation because it's an old farmhouse and so the house wasn't square. They made them just beautiful though. They did a really good job. I will absolutely them again in the future if I need to.

It went well. The contractor provided by Home Depot was friendly and efficient.

The work was completed on time more or less with just a minor hiccup. The install crews were top notch A + After completion few small issues arsouse which is to be expected on a large project. That is when i found the corporate structure goes into full swing.
( that is not my dept will have someone contact you and so on...left over materials still in back yard...no copies of warranty did not assit in me in getting energy rebates available and work is disputed about being complete the the front columns not covered as agreed upon salesman said they would but project inspector said it couldn't be done. i deeply wish i would have used a locally owned company.instead of a mega corp It is a shame that such great installs crews do not have someone to back them up...I cring thinking about trying to get any warranty work done

They were running a special. We saved almost $800. They contracted out the install. They were helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the product. They were a really good team.

I was satisfied with them. They were on time and did a perfect installation. The installers were excellent. Brought the right door. I used to teach door installation when I was in an apprenticeship in Florida, so I know what I am talking about. It was perfect.

Home Depot remodeled my entire kitchen. This Included removal and installing of new cabinets and flooring. They were good workers. It took five days to finish the entire job. Cleaned up mess daily.

Home Depot didn't do what they were supposed to do. They gave us the lowest quality of pad, but charged us for the highest. They also did not stretch the carpet correctly. We are still shedding carpet even though it was installed eight months ago.

Home Depot had clearly the best price on doors in the area and the quality of the two doors we purchased was very good. The workers who came to install them were professional and got the job done quickly. We were very satisfied overall.
