Formed and poured two concrete porches approximately 10 feet by 30 feet each. Showed up early, worked all day and completed the project in one day. |Charge for the work was fair.

We contacted Hollingshead Concrete through a call to Smyrna Ready Mix. Jeff came out as scheduled and provided a quote for the project. A competing quote came in $700 above this bid. Several weeks passed before we were ready to schedule the work, but a call to Jeff kept us on his radar.
When it finally was time to have the work done, we called Jeff on a Thursday and was able to schedule the work for the following Wednesday. Because it had rained the night before, Jeff called about one half-hour prior to their scheduled arrival time to confirm that we still wanted them to work in our wet yard. He and his crew arrived pretty much on time and completed the surface preparation and framing before inclement weather forced them to quit for the day. They were back the next day as planned to pour the concrete.
The job was completed on time and to our specifications, and damage to our yard was minimal and no more than we expected. We will use them again for any future concrete work and recommend them to you.

Hollingshead Concrete Co. I used them about six weeks ago. It was approximately $9,000. I've known the family for forty years so I got a little bit of a discount. They do good work. I think they were excellent.
