Within just a few minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. The condensation drain pump apparently got a little too full and didn't drain like it should have and shut the whole thing down, so he just reset it. He did say that it may happen again and we may have to replace it in the future, but for now it is working great. Now, it would have been really easy for James to tell me I needed this part now and charge me for a trip charge and to replace the part, and I may or may not have ever called him again for a repair. Instead, he has earned my business for life! He not only fixed the problem, but because it only took him a minute, he decided not to charge me.
This is obviously a man that has great integrity and isn't in business to make a quick buck off anyone he can, which I feel is
pretty rare these days. I will not hesitate to recommend James to everyone I know! I hope I don't need repairs any time soon, if I do, he for sure has my business
