He took 7000 and did little work then nothing. Wouldn't show didn't reply to texts always excuses for not moving forward. Never ordered materials like he said because I called to check. Offered refund but never got it. Had to take to court all at my expense. Don't hire him he s a scammer. He said he had license which expired years ago

It went wonderfully. Derrick was very knowledgeable and professional. Worked to fix my chimney leaking. Showed up on time when he said he would be there. Very nice experience and he was a gentleman! I will use him again if I need anything and highly recommend him.

How did it go? It went absolutely perfect!!! I needed a small roof leak repaired, a gutter repair and gutters cleaned out and I was prepared to get 2-3 estimates, however, after reading about Happy Family Construction, owned by Derrick Pasley, it was the first and last review I made before calling Mr. Pasley. For such minor jobs I was really hoping he could do the job soon or at all really, and to my surprise and shock Mr. Pasley was available the very next day!! He did a great job and was so professional even giving me the papers I needed from a licensed professional saying the roof was repaired and inspected and on top of that he checked all the pipes and found 2 more cracks and fixed those with no extra cost!! when he was cleaning and repairing the gutters he didn’t make a mess!! He also cleaned up all the gutter stuff which to me says a lot about someone who is willing to GO the EXTRA MILE as far as customer satisfaction goes!!! I ABSOLUTELY will be calling Derrick and his team back for any future repairs or work I need (Derrick does a lot more then roofs and gutters) and I will also be recommending him to friends and family with a text blast today!! Instead of waiting for someone to say they have this or that problem they need to fix, I might as well BLAST it out there to them all now!!! no need to call anyone else serious, call DERRICK @ HAPPY FAMILY!!!

We made an appointment with Derrick Pasley of Happy Family Construction. He arrived on time and was prepared to make the repair to our roof. He quickly found the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He was very pleasant and professional.

This gentleman and all of his men that came, they were wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better.

The roof inspection was free. It was wonderful. A wonderful experience because we were trying to do a refinance on our home and he didn't charge us so that worked out well. Then actually, maybe two or three months after that, we had just a little bit of damage to our roof due to part of a tree that fell during a storm. He and a few of his men came out to do the repair work for us. He was awesome.

Not well. Derrick Paisley has this churchy demeanor but I never saw him. My fiance hired him. His people show up one by one without him. He doesn't supervise his work crews. His people leave trash and cigarette butts around. He bid work for using all new wood, only repaired tiny patch in roof, but never gave discount back from not using materials as bid. Left my roof exposed mid job with rain in forecast. Only replaced a few shingles instead of whole roof as bid. Tried to bill without ever doing painting. I called him on it, and he sent a guy to slap paint on scratches from tree instead of repainting whole,section as bid. Never even cleaned off spider webs or dirt. Just slapped my paint over the scratches, busted my paint can , left it leaking on my concrete porch and splattered my wheel barrow and air conditioning units with paint. Then demanded all his money. Don't see how you can be a happy family with this guy.
