Steve Azarch is the branch manager for Hamilton Mortgage in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. My wife and I have good credit. A friend recommended that we contact Hamilton Mortgage.We had talked with a number of lenders, including our bank. Most of the lenders we contacted advertised "low rates" which we discovered was a "lure" merely to get our business.Steve has been great!!! What would seem to be a relative simple matter had become a "journey." He went the "extra miles" (not just one mile) to get us the best rate, terms, etc, to meet our needs! During our initial meeting, we knew that we had arrived where we needed to be. He was personable, absolutely attentive to our needs and is accessible anytime should you have any questions. Bankers can only be reached, usually, from 9 - 5, Monday - Friday. You can reach Steve anytime, although, I would extend to him the courtesy of contacting him during reasonable hours. I want to further add that Steve is "down to earth." When you talk to him he does not add "fluff" to figures. He is straight forward and very easy to talk to. When you meet him you will know exactly what I am talking about.
