We had some major damage due to a leaky pipe in the slab of our home. They were very professional and even worked with the estimate my insurance company gave me. David, was more than happy to answer any questions I had and never made me feel like I was bothering him. They did excellent concrete and drywall work in my home!

I had a problem with the work that they did, so they have been out several times. It was an insurance claim and the insurance company recommended them to me. They have come back behind their mistakes, they stood by their work, and taken care of the problems. They were punctual.

We used Bradley plumbing to replace our water lines and they recommended Farrer construction to cut the sheet rocks when I asked Brad for his recommendation. So, i called Farrer and Percy came over to take a look and gave us a reasonable estimate (~600) to cut the sheet rock and put it back after the pipes were replaced. My wife and i were going to finish mudding and painting ourselves. Percy came the day before(9/15/2010) the actual pipe replacement and his guys Ben and Aaron did the actual cutting. One of the plumbers stopped by to consult with Ben on figuring out where to cut into the sheet rock and they worked well together. They paid great attention in figuring out where to cut into the sheet rock and did an excellent job in taking proper precautions like using plastic and hand saw to minimize dust pollution in the house. Ben and Aaron knew exactly what to do and they did it with great ease. Percy was good in coordinating things and all went well on the 'prep' day. Ben came the day after the pipe replacement and closed all the holes that he cut out. He was very careful and meticulous with his work and cleaned up the floor as he went along. Overall we are very happy with Farrer construction and will definitely recommend them.

I m very happy with the work they did. They repaired everything very well. Although the price they gave me was a little steep the quality of the work was great. Yes, I would definitely recommend them.
