These guys are great! From the day we did an estimate to the time they left the install, it was truly a very awesome experience. I had 2 other contractors give a bid and I have to say, they were all around the same price (except the duct replacement) but these guys came out a little less. What impressed me was, rather than have just a sales person come out, they brought the shop manager to check it out as well. I respect that a great deal. Know what you are getting into. They showed up on time and every one of them was great to work with. Everything was explained as they worked and none of them hesitated to answer what was probably pretty stupid questions. There is nothing worse than the customer walking around looking at what you are doing and asking "what's that?" I paid what they quoted, it was done quickly (little under 6 hours) and they even cleaned up after themselves which can be rare sometimes!.
(Fann's has a new customer and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

These guys were so good, I don't know where to begin! They responded within hours of my initial call, jumped on locating a new system (mine was beyond repair- and way out of warranty) but the bonus was when the system I was going to purchase was a few days away, BUT an upgrade system was available from the distributer and they negotiated with the dealer to sell me the much higher end system for the same price as the system I was going to purchase. I ended up with one of those computer controlled systems with dual speeds...awesome. It literally took them just a few hours to install everything and my landscaping didnt get destroyed in the process. My new best friends!!!

Estimated price and quality of unit that was about to be installed and did alot of online research before deciding on either this or a Mitsubishi ductless. Decided to go with regular split-level Bryant. (a Carrier sidebrand) Their price was best, and due to previous positive experiences with this company, decided to pick them again. They showed up on the arranged times for the room addition's AC rough-in and again on completion of work. Always good to be on schedule and they really do care!
Had to make sure AC in before drywall and mudding, as otherwise your drywall will go bad in cold temps. While they were here, they found a bad capacitor on my other unit which is why my electric bill had sky-rocketedl. When a unit has issue with parts, the company's warrantee only warrants parts and some labor, not electric bills :(. Just writing this to inform buyers to watch your Fann's, literally. If fan stops running, your bill will go sky high and TVA or Carrier will not help the matter but will only cover the parts. Also Jason educated me on how all units are only best at 30-35 degrees and up. That below 35 degrees, the units work more and no one has control over their bills. This is really just a consumer concern, but he went beyond what anyone would do to help a person make informed decisions. He makes you want him to be in your family and you will mark my words on that. I consider his time and business ethic SUPERIOR to what you usually see nowadays. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

They put in ductwork for a system I bought on ebay. Did a fantastic job from initial estimate to completion. Mr. Fann is fabulous to deal with!

Arrived on time, checked problem thoroughly and had an estimate the next day. Work was completed and cleaned up as scheduled, service people were very professional and courteous. Unit works great and price was exactly as quoted. I felt the price was reasonable and the work was well done.

AC went out on a Friday evening. Called Fanns, since they installed the unit new. Came out that evening, charged the system, and ordered a new evaporator from Trane. Had a follow up call from them on Saturday to make sure unit was working properly. Thank goodness it was under warranty. Service call on Friday, follow up visit to install the new evaporator, and Freon used came to $330. No issues with them, would recommend them.

I hold no grudges against them. However, I do think that they didn’t do the duct work properly, which led to the failure of my units. I knew that the ducts were too small. It repulsed me completely. However, I do think that Mr. Fann was an honest person. I have no complaints about him, personally. I just think that the quality of his work was not good. Fann’s Air Conditioning and Heating was very responsive; they were good at calling me back. They were even willing to cover half the cost of replacing the units. I don’t have complaints with them, except with the quality of their work. I will not use them again in the future.

They were very responsive to our questions, made sure they cleaned up really well when they left and took the old unit away with them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good contractor in this field. We were very satisfied with the quality workmanship and service of this company.
