They are pretty good. So far they have been excellent and pretty knowledgeable. The guy actually has a degree in Agriculture, so he knows what he's talking about. I think they are reasonably priced. They are a bit more expensive than other landscaping companies. But overall, the fact that they are much more knowledgeable, it is well worth the price.
They are pretty good about responsiveness. They will call back or email if you leave them a message. They only recently started to mow our lawn, so they don't really give me a time when they will be out. He did promise us that he would deliver a tree, and he did it sooner than promised.
