A perfect job, as always. Everything was to my satisfaction, and I am very picky about lawn work. 2014 was the last time I used them, but only because my travel schedule and overtime decreased giving me more time to do it myself.

Overall my experience has been positive.  Everyone I've met has been professional and true to his word.  The two major dings against this company are a "C" for punctuality and an "F" for responsiveness.  Both of those dings are not against the actual work crew, but more against ownership/management.  I have yet to call my contact and get a call back without first having to make two or three follow-up calls over a period of several days.  To counteract that unresponsive nature, I started asking when I could expect to hear back from him or receive an estimate or design sketch?  Those expectations are missed 100% of the time, so I follow up and keep pushing them to be responsive.  The balance is still in their favor, but just know that you have to be the one to follow up, set reminders on your calendar, etc, to get new projects or phases of a project under way.

The work they perform and the attention to detail is fantastic. They've made my yard look like something out of Better Homes and Garden. I get more compliments than ever before. I would never consider using anyone else. They've made me a customer for life and their crew is the best around. They are always on time and do a fantastic job. Kudos to Elite Lawn and Landscape.
