Desktop Doctor

I had some pc issues and my all in one printer and got a recommendation from a friend of mine to call Ryan with Desktop Doctor. My pc was running slower then before and my printer was not able to connect properly to my pc. I called & spoke to Ryan about the problems I was experiencing, he told me what he thought the issues might be and explained his services to me. I also asked him about a second pc refurbished for my husband (since his crashed six months ago). He came to my home Monday around 11:30 am, very polite, well mannered and answered all the questions that I asked him. He ran the diagnostic, removed unnecessary programs (checking with me first) ran additional Virus & Spyware removal, checked hardware, connections, networks, troubleshoot & repaired my pc to run at the optimal condition & speed. He then set up the refurbished pc after agreeing to the price beforehand (very inexpensive since I did check around),a new keyboard, connected my all in printer without a problem and it works now. He also set up my husbands internet service for him, the pc has a great operating system, and speed as well as windows 7 & other programs. My husband & I are very pleased and happy with the all the results, will definitely call Ryan with any future needs. We recommend Ryan very highly.
