We have used County Disposal for a couple of years. Occasionally they have been late by a day (scheduled pick up is Friday, and occasionally they will pick up on Saturday). During the last two months Saturday has become the normal pick up day. Two weeks ago they completely missed the pick up and did not pick up until the following Saturday, we had trash in the trash cans for 2 weeks and one complete week at the curb. No communication from CD during this time. I attempted to contact them and all I was able to get was a voice mail that said they are working hard and know they are behind. The voice mail did not have an option to leave a message. Today we received a note on our trash can stating that due to lack on interest in our area they were discontinuing service as of today. There are 4 homes on our street that all use their service and I see numerous trash cans with their name on them thought our the area we live. CD offers extremely poor customer service and no communication with it's customers in my opinion and I would not recommend them to anyone.
