I like the quality of their product. The quality of picture is pretty good. I don't like the customer service sometimes when I call them. They give you a 2 hour window which I hate.
Description of Work: I use Comcast for internet and cable.

When I called Comcast and complained about the price increase they as much told me if I didn't like the price increase I could cancel! They were not willing to work with me. My monthly charge went up $25 and pay it or walk!!
Description of Work: They increased my monthly fees!

We need the fastest internet possible due to the fact that my daughter goes to school online. Unfortunately, Comcast has a monopoly on high speed cable. They continually charge us $80 extra data fees each month. We know that there is know way that we are going over. So I called to complain. Four hours on the phone. No resolution. They said it was probably an issue with my printer. My printer does not run off of the internet. They made every excuse possible on why they were charging us so much. Starting from the time I got off the phone, we only used the phone to check our emails, and each person was allowed one hour a day, no downloads, no streaming. My daughter attended her 5 hours of class a week. Then the Modem and router were UNPLUGGED. There was no way it was going over. But yep the next two billing cycles were over in data and we had $80 dollare in overage charges. Called and rude people again. Sorry, it's your fault. We can't tell you why but it's your fault. Then they continue to transfer you from one person to another. Basically because comcast is the only high speed cable company, they know they are the only cable option and they can trip customers any way they want. They are ripping people off and don't care. Their customer service agents are rude.
