Craig is always easy to contact and always a great attitude. Very easy to get along with. Craig is very good at solving plumbing issues and coming up with economical solutions, his extensive knowledge of plumbing codes is impressive. Only disappointment I have is that he has relocated and now I have to deal with sub par contractors.

Excellent..... I was never disappointed in any of the jobs preformed and completed. I highly recommend Big Cox Plumbing to anyone who demands quality work done right the first time. The time was always taken to explain the problem and options were given to resolve the issue.

Craig was very friendly when I meet him at the door. It seemed like I know the guy for years. He was very professional through out the whole process. He was able to find the problem and take care of it. The work was finished faster than I thought it would be. Also he pricing is very competitive with others in the neighborhood. Next time I have an issue, I will be calling Big Cox's plumbing.
