They called me to set up the appointment, and even offered to come to my work and do on site repair. They called the morning of the service to confirm the appointment time. He showed up when he said he would, did a terrific job, cleaned up after him self 100% and was super courteous and professional.

We got them through referral. It did not cost us anything and was actually covered under comprehensive insurance. They did an excellent job, quick and we were pleased with their work. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and we did not know that the job was done, other than we did not have a crack in our windshield anymore. Their responsiveness was very quick and they were out here the next day. They called ahead and said that they would be here in about an hour and they were and they were only here for about half an hour to do the whole job. We thought that they were very professional, especially with the type of work they were doing. They were clean, neat, and prompt. We would use them again in the future if needed.
