ALL PROPANE INC

They came out to my home 3 different times. The first time, they told me they couldn’t hook up the propane because it was too close to a window. They provided a quote to move the piping and I decided to do the piping myself. I ordered a tank from them and when they came back out they said they wouldn’t be able to install a tank where I wanted it. When they told me they couldn’t hook up the tank, I did it myself as well. I called them back to do the inspection of my work and they told me that they couldn’t do the inspection because I used galvanized piping.

Actually the last time we were able to get All Propane to come and fill our tank was last year. They finally came after 3 weeks of repeated calling when they kept telling us they would come the "next day". This year, we ran out a month ago and have called them each week since -- again they promise they'll be out in the next "day or so". Good thing we don't use it for our basic heating -- it's primarily for our fireplace. By the time they finally get out here the cold weather will be over and we won't need it anymore until next season. We understand other suppliers will require us to "buy" a new tank of their own before refilling, but it looks like we'll have to do that next time. Our tank is a vertical tank -- not real small -- costs over $100 to fill it, but apparently that must be too small a job as they must be taking care of their "bigger" clients first.
