The job went well and was thought out carefully. The pricing was fair. The contractor was extremely honest, even returning materials for credit that were not used. Start time was delayed a little because of another job, but otherwise everything was great. I had interviewed other contractors for the same work, and I thought that Advantage not only had the best price, but was also confident in the contractor's abilities and plan.
