We called the company's main line 615-800-4777 and they had someone answering the emergency services line after hours (which I thought was pretty professional) We explained to the service that we had a leak and within 30 minutes we received a call from the local on-call tech to perform the emergency tarp service. Shortly after that, we replaced our roof and we have the siding and gutters scheduled. The roof was finished in just a day. Apparently they showed up bright and early just like they said they would (our tenant works the night shift...) they finished and took the trailer with all the trash with them. One thing I liked was that they didn't drop a dumpster on our driveway, instead they pulled away a dump trailer. Good clean up and the leaks are fixed.
