+ -1 moreA very poor job was done leveling the yard. Water pools in some sections so badly that I can't imagine that grass will ever grow there. Many patches of sod are in very poor condition and have not yet shown any propensity to grow grass. There are huge gaps between pieces of sod and it generally looks much worse than any sod job I've seen in the area. The company owner has been a no show several times and the work, at least in my opinion, is not yet complete.
Description of Work: Company was hired to provide fine grading and lay sod after house was completed. They laid sod in our front, back, and side yards after doing some leveling. They utilized a skid loader and small garden tractor to do the work, and laid some sod by hand where the soil was too soft.
