Landscaping
A very poor job was done leveling the yard. Water pools in some sections so badly that I can't imagine that grass will ever grow there. Many patches of sod are in very poor condition and have not yet shown any propensity to grow grass. There are huge gaps between pieces of sod and it generally looks much worse than any sod job I've seen in the area. The company owner has been a no show several times and the work, at least in my opinion, is not yet complete.
