Blue Oasis did several tests on my cat but they ended up referring us to Blue Pearl in Franklin because they felt like she needed an ultrasound. Thanks to the care and efficiency of the staff at both offices, my cat is much improved. I am taking her back to Blue Oasis today for a follow-up.

It went very well. Dr. Lucas tried a different treatment and my cat is feeling much better.

Dr. Lucas and her staff are fabulous! They are compassionate and caring. They treated my cat like she was one of their own. Dr. Lucas explained her concerns and suggested tests we might run to get a more firm diagnosis. She was very respectful of my concerns for my cat as well as my budget concerns. I recommend her and her hospital to everyone I talk to who might need a vet.

I recently relocated to the area and Blue Oasis was recommended to me by a family member. The ambiance of Blue Oasis is like no other veterinarian office I have ever been to. It is calming, inviting and the staff is so welcoming. My cat and I were immediately greeted and shown to the "Cat" room. A cat specifically set-up for cats, that was impressive. Within moments the doctor came in to examine my cat. A biopsy was necessary and they had an opening that morning, again very impressive. The staff was ensured I knew exactly what they would be doing and gave me a detailed listing of the costs for the procedure, prior to my leaving. In addition, the doctor answered my multitude of questions honestly and with compassion. This entire experience left me at ease, even though I knew that the outcome could be not so good. About two hours after leaving my cat with the staff for the biopsy, they contacted me just to let me know that they had completed the procedure and my cat was resting nicely and gave me a time I could pick her up. When I arrived to pick her up, I found her to be in a spacious cage, on a fluffy blanket, waiting on her mom. The doctor and staff took time to explain exactly what they had done, shared pictures with me of the procedure and instructed me on what to expect in the coming days. I left with detailed instructions being given verbally and written for future reference as to how to care for my cat over the coming days. The office staff even called me the next day to check-up on my cat and ensure everything was still going alright.

Excellently - all the staff are warm and friendly, and seem to know how to relate to dogs. we actually we by today to expose our puppy to another dog, cat or whatever. They showed me the best way to hold my puppy to clip his nails. We are really happy to find such a caring team so close to our home...

Shows you through the whole facility and explains every procedure- thoroughly- beforehand to alleviate your fears. Dr. Lucas explains how this procedure and the medications used are slightly different than for younger pets, and why. She did a complete physical and blood-workup to make sure there were no issues preventing her from using anesthesia on the animal She lets you stay WITH the animal if you really felt the need to do so. They do everything they can to make you AND the pet relaxed and at ease.They call the next day to see how your pet is doing and if there's anything they can do. And the clinic mascot- Apple- is such a delight and loves to greet you and follow you around.
I am sooooo happy I found this vet and clinic. I can't imagine going anywhere else, ever again.

I can't say enough good things about this vet office! Dr. Lucas is so wonderful and her staff is great too! I have 2 English Bulldogs and they are my babies so I won't settle for just any vet. Dr. Lucas gets down on the floor and loves on my dogs and lets them slobber on her without a second thought. Her staff are always so helpful and they too love on my boys every time I bring them in. Dr. Lucas has treated my boys for a couple of different things as well as done their yearly evals. Her prices are reasonable especially compared to another vet I tried locally. She discusses cost and benefits of recommended treatments before prescribing them and allows you to be a part of the decision. I have tried two other vets in Mt Juliet and wouldn't recommend either one not only because they were more expensive and always trying to push you to spend more money but I never felt they connected with any of the animals brought in to them. You won't be disappointed with Blue Oasis!
