We strongly recommend Weatherford and Associates! Finding a surveyor at a reasonable price to come out within a reasonable time frame was a surprisingly difficult task. Paul Weatherford exceeded our expectations on both counts. They were fast, responsive, professional, and at a fair rate. We were impressed with Paul's knowledge of the area and would definitely hire them again!

Paul sent his team out to survey ours and our neighbor's properties. Because our home is in an old Nashville neighborhood, some of the original survey pins were missing. So his crew found original survey pins throughout the neighborhood and used those to determine our property lines. I really appreciated their efforts to take this step in order to identify accurate measurements.
After Paul drew up the revised plats using the new measurements, he submitted the plats through the Metropolitan Planning Commission. To enhance the process and ease of the revised plats in making their way through the Metropolitan Planning Commission, Paul did work on the front end such as getting written approval from NES, Metro Water and the Historical Commission. The revised plats were approved promptly without incident.
During every step of this process, Paull communicated through phone or email on a regular basis to update me on what was happening with this project at that time. I asked a lot of questions, some of them twice. He patiently answered every one. If I could give a higher grade than an and quot;Aand quot;, I would.

I sent a response through Angie's List to Weatherford on a Saturday not expecting a response until Monday and was very happily surprised to get a response back within a couples hours. The estimated price seemed fair and so I scheduled the job for their earliest opening. We got rained out on that Friday date but they were here at the next available date on Monday.
Paul Weatherford is a very professional and congenial guy and he and his crew set to work immediately. They found my corner points quickly and then lined the property.
Paul said the job went quicker than estimated and he dropped the price $100! Now that is fair...that is so rare to find in a contractor these days.

Paul Weatherford sent a crew out and then followed up by coming out himself a be sure everything was correct. He then came out a third time himself to go over what was done and walk me around and show me the corners etc. Paul went way above and beyond. My guess is he lost money on this deal, but he did what he said he would do and he did it right. I thank him, respect him, And I would recommend him to anyone.

I was in a hurry when I first contacted him and he was very busy. He told me he couldn't do my job on such short notice but gave me names of other surveyors he trusted. They couldn't do it either. My time needs changed and he emailed me and asked if I had gotten what I needed or could he help. I booked him and he showed up on time, did a good job in a reasonable amount of time and left without any problems.

After starting the process there were some discrepancies with the original survery point. It appeared that part of our neighbors driveway and retaining wall were on our property. In order not to cause any issues with our neighbors Paul didn't stake that side of the property until he could do some drawings and make sure his points were correct. After going over the original survey and doing some drawings he concluded his findings were correct. He came back out in order to present the survey to our neighbors with my husband. They were not able to talk to our neighbor in person, so Paul put flags up along the property line so that we could have the fence put up. Paul went above and beyond on this survey, one that we thought would be a straight forward issue, that turned out to be more time and effort that any of us thought. Paul didn't charge us anymore for his extra effort and time and was very professional and helpful during the whole situation. He also stated that he would help us in the future if any problems came up from the survey.

Paul and his guys showed up when they said they would, explained the process and went to work. It rained on them 3-4 times and they stuck it out and got it done. Paul called and explained all their finding thoroughly. I am very satisfied.

I spoke with Paul over the phone a couple of times and we agreed upon a fair estimate (considering what everybody else wanted).
He initially said he would not be able to to do it for a couple of weeks, but I wasn't in a big hurry so it was OK with me. He called back the next day and said he could come out the next morning. I was at work when his crew came out and did the work so I can't say how professional they acted. My wife's only complaint was the cigarette butts that they left in the back yard. My complaint was that they had to dig up a bit of my neighbors yard and they forgot to fill in the hole so I had to go fill it in. I'm sure it was an oversight, but that was my only complaint. All in all, I would still hire them again if need be. Paul is a great guy and a professional. I enjoyed talking with him, even though I never met him in person.

I accepted the proposal and requested to move foward and the work was scheduled promptly.

I completely liked them. They were very professional. The only thing I had a little bit of trouble with was on the timing of getting it done. We had a drought here and after the drought we've been having rains every day. They were trying to survey in the rains but I found they had given the drought just a bit value they were hundred percent. I have no complaints about them.

I went with P.Weatherford for two reasons, His price and his attitude. Paul asked me about my property over the phone and gave me a price, which was less than the two others I contacted, He was polite and friendly which sold me on his company. We set a date for the survey and He showed up on time and ready to work. The first three corners of the property were easy to mark and stake, the fouth corner was buried under some heavy brush and required some extra work to access. Paul and his assistant were very friendly and professional, they answered all my questions with detailed explainations. I won't need there services again but will recommend them to anyone who ask's if I know someone who does servey work.
