Matt was very responsive from day 1. He responded both via phone, email, and text to confirm and follow up when scheduling our home inspection. He was also able to squeeze us in during our short inspection period. Even though he does not perform the termite inspection, he was able to subcontract them for the same day. Turn around was great! We had the report within a few hours and he was very thorough and simple with his descriptions of the issues. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone in the TriCities area.
