Mayco Htg & A/C

Things started out really well, system went in and works with one exception there is no drain for the water from the system resulting in a flooded garage, I have finally hooked up a bucket with a hose to drain the water and daily must go out and empty the bucket, a real concern in cold, icy and snowy weather for a senior citizen. I have called Rick Mays the owner since this heating system has been installed and he will not answer the phone, the few times I have spoken with him he said he would repair the heater, but he did not show up. The last time I was able to get him to answer the phone, I had to use a friends cell phone so he would not recognize the number, and he hung up on me. I have honestly tried to call this man over 300 times to resolve this situation.
