Chris Outland has taken excellent care of my HVAC for years now. He has come in an emergency, after hours, you name it. He and his staff are courteous and respectful to my home and that means a lot to me. I have never felt like he charged more than he should. I recommend him to anyone - he does a great job, does not try to do extra stuff just to charge more, and stands by his work. Very few companies can say that these days. I will only use Outlands.

The owner/technician was very professional. It was a simple fix and he was very honest about what was wrong. Only charged me for the service call and did not charge labor. Very fair pricing!! Will definitely be the only company i use for my HVAC needs from now on!!

Our air went out in the middle of summer and he was prompt and got it fixed right away!

We called Outlands when it was 0 degrees and out heat pump went out. Chris came out within an hour of receiving our call. The repair was made quickly, professionally, reasonably priced, but most importantly, it was done right!
