After having three other HVAC installers bid, thank the Lord, I found P&G. This company is OUTSANDING! Let me say, I had not heard of them nor are they reviewed on Angies List, but extremely positive Google reviews and Yelp reviews and my own internet search showed they install quality equipment (American Standard being my choice). but The real attraction to go with P&G was after receiving multiple bids from other HVAC installers, P&G was THOUSANDS less than the competition . . AND . . on a better quality unit! (vs. low end Goodman units others were suggesting). The bid from them was timely, professional, and all of my detailed questions were answered professionally and clearly, P&G seemed to look after my financial and personal interests, rather than attempt to leverage you toward a product and cost that was not necessary. The work was done timely, the clean up including removal of old equipment and installation, completed within a few hours time, and finally, IF, I simply had wanted P&G to perform a service call only, they charge $69 rather than $89 which I had previously been paying through my previous HVAC company. Want to save an ENORMOUS amount of money? (thousands? Yes; thousands) on highly rated units? You need to consider P&G!
