Made a few calls after reviewing Angie's List, out of the three I called one showed up, he gave me a good estimate of 235, then showed up several days later and power washed the deck, I rent the property out and the people living there said he did a great job, I live out of state and I am a prime target for getting screwed, so, hearing the job turned out great, is always good news to hear. Yes I would hire him again........

Dean provided an estimate and discussed options for re-sealing the deck, part of which was 2 years newer than the rest. Rainy weather caused the date to be moved out but Dean and crew arrived on time on re-scheduled date. They removed the deck furniture, power-washed it all in one day then returned 2 days later to seal. They were punctual and worked hard to complete the job on time. In hindsight, I should have gone with a slight color stain rather than a clear sealer to make the older and newer parts look more the same - this was my choice but I wish Dean had better explained what the finished product would look like.

LAST YEAR I HIRED PRESSURE WASHING UNLIMITED TO PRESSURE WASH MY HOME, DECK, THE SEAL MY DECK. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY BROUGHT THEIR OWN WATER, THEY DID NOT USE MINE, AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY CHARGE A FAIR RATE AND ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.
