Constant lies and selling products that aren’t needed. Walked in with green pool. Spent over $125 in chemicals. I was guaranteed that if I followed their steps I wouldn’t have a problem. GUARANTEED! Pool was still green three days later. Went back in, was told I needed a new part to the filter, an algicide, and re shock the pool. Pool never turned from green at all, no improvements. I was promised to see results. PROMISED! No results were seen. I went back in with pictures in hand showing that there were no improvements, and asked why I’d be promised and guaranteed results and have these issues. The owner walked over, ****** off at me for “dare asking a question like that”. Saying “you can’t expect miracles. Well $250 and a promise and guarantee isn’t expecting miracles. It’s expecting it to work properly. He called me an ******* when I was on my way out, after I stated I won’t do business here again. Went to another pool store, and low and behold, a sand change and 24 hours later I’m swimming in a clear pool. Miracle granted! They sold me things I didn’t need and treated me like trash.

They are people of high integrity. Their heart to make things right for ppl is very evident.

It has been absolutely excellent. They are trustworthy. They are efficient and knowledgeable. They are not inexpensive but they have quality products and you get what you pay for. The people are courteous and I am so impressed with them. I don't know if it matters to other people but it matters to me that they are very Christian oriented. I just can't say enough about them.

It is beautiful and fabulous when it works, but it has had its issues. The pool pump was replaced twice in the first year. The heater was replaced at least twice in the first 3 years and needs maintenance/control board again. The salt cell has failed once and just did it again so I need to replace it come spring. During the first 3 years, the remote in the house was replaced and the board down by the pool was also replaced. We were having so many issues that they recommended adding a surge protector on the breaker box by the pool but I can't tell that it has kept anything else from breaking. We continue to have issues. I don't know if it was just the equipment that they installed or what. This is our first pool so maybe all pool owners have this many issues?
As long as we were using Precision for all our maintenance of our pool (approx. $230/mo) they responded fairly quickly and tried to fix all our various problems under warranty if possible. This year we switched to someone else for pool maintenance b/c of cost. In the fall, we had some equipment fail again and we needed copies of invoices on previous equipment replacement so the service person could have a clear pictures of issues we have had. I called to ask for the copies. I kept a file of everything they gave me, but they did not provide copies of equipment replaced under warranty. They charged me an hour labor ($148) to print out 11 pages of invoices for me and it does not include everything that has been replaced on the system. After all the money we spent with them from 2007-2012, it left a really bad taste in my mouth...

They are very nice at the beginning but then assume you won't shop price - DON'T DO IT
After paying them more than prevailing rates for maintenance over the summer, their pool opening charges where outrageous. I was quoted $400 to open and $148/hr to clean the pool in addition. They wanted to sell me a new pump because it went through their chemicals too fast, they put in a self watering device that never worked properly, and tried to charge me more because there was a small tare in the cover that they stated was fine before closing the pool. They believe they are the only game in town in the Mt. Juliet area - but they aren't - you just have to look a little further...Antioch and Hermitage provide good alternatives to them.
