Had missing flooring interwoven and 2 rooms refinished

From the time I went over what we needed done and the finished project it went flawless They were organized, neat as a pin no excess dust at all from the sanding. We never left the house just had to stay off the floor for a few hours. We put down a Jacobean stain and the tiger grain just popped out at you. Took before during and after pics and they will be sent around to friends. MCSwain team was great.

This company made my 104 year old historical home hold her head high!!! These were the original hardwoods. I wish i had taken pics!!!!!

In the initial consultation, Michael was amazing, spending lots of time to share his knowledge and to explain the process/what to expect. Day-of, all communication was done with the crew in Spanish: selecting the finish, explaining where spots that needed extra attention and where to lace in flooring, etc. Luckily Iâ m conversational, but was not expecting that. After the first day of work, I received no communication on when theyâ d be back or what to do. I reached out through all possible channels and finally got a hold of Michael, who said the crew would be back the next morning. Finished floors are absolutely stunning. Every detail ended up gorgeous. Customer service rating is due to the communication,, as well as a big stain spot in my yard where they apparently spilled or dumped excess.
