Flooring
They were terrible and I would not use them again. My decorator found them but I have to find someone else to come and fix all of the baseboards. They are nice when you go in but they don’t guarantee the installers. The first room they did was fine but then it took three weeks for them to come do more work. He would call and say he was on his way but then not show up and I ended up paying the decorator to stay and wait for this man but he never came. I wrote a letter saying that they needed to make this right and that’s when they told me they did not guarantee their workers.
