Animal Boarding Kennels
This is a wonderful Kennel!!!! We had family members recommend this kennel. They all raved about how awesome it is and I muse agree!!!! It was our first time boarding our dog, so we were pretty nervous. They took such amazing care of our sweet baby!!! I couldn't be more pleased! We will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!!!!

"Hello [Member Name Removed], This is Jon with Horseshoe Country Kennels. The problem with your service was non pet related. After picking up your pet, you called me the next day and left a message on the phone to return your call. You were calling me to inquire why the bill was $65.00 for your pet's stay. I left a message on your phone stating that we charge a half day fee for the afternoon pick up slot and I mentioned that it was stated on our website. You returned my call and laid into me about the half day fee not being posted anywhere on our website and yes you were correct. We have been doing website update changes and failed to transfer the statement over to the new page. After further discussions about the money in question, I asked that in the future you choose a different kennel for your boarding needs. I said Thank you and Have a nice day. I immediately mailed you a $13.00 refund that should arrive 12/14/17"

We have no complaints and have always a good experience with this kennel. The service is family-style and yet professional. They are reliable, clean and qualified to take care of big dogs like our's with ease and love.

Animal Boarding Kennels
This is a small boarding facility; however, it has indoor/outdoor runs of various sizes and is air conditioned. We have a large male golden retriever so we utilize the large indoor/outdoor runs. The dogs are segregated so if you have a male that is not neutered, they can be let out by themselves for breaks and taking care of business in one of several fenced outdoor areas. The prices are very fair and affordable and the service is top notch. The dogs are well cared for and the facility and outdoor areas are kept clean. We have kept our dog at other kennels but have found this is the best in the area. We have used the Horseshoe Kountry many times over the years and they were recommended to us by our Vet. One day, we came to pickup our dog around closing time. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our SUV. Jon, the owner, and his wife stayed with us until a locksmith could come and unlock our car. They kept our dog inside in the cool while we waited. We appreciated that so much.
