James is great! I accidentally reserved the wrong hotel for my stay. After I realized my mistake I was able to contact James and he changed my reservation to the correct hotel without any problems . Everything was taken care of so when I checked in late that night of my stay there were no problems! Gotta Travel More is an awesome site to book through and the real people behind the site makes for an excellent experience.
