I think what they tried to do was illegal. They said they would no longer guarantee anything they did in the past if we did not buy their anti virus package. We bought it at another store for 35 dollars. I will never go to Best Buy again.

These folks listened to what I wanted them to do. They knew what I wanted even though I had a hard time explaining it in terms of computer language. They made me feel like a regular customer. They did the job overnight, too.
