He not only shared home listings and showed properties, but also got out into neighborhoods on foot, meeting the community and inquiring about homes for sale. When we finally found our dream home, he worked with us quickly and efficiently to put in a competitive but fair offer and get under contract within a day. When it came time to put our own home on the market to sell, Ed worked harder than any realtor I’ve met. My husband was working 80+ hours a week and I was 8 months pregnant with a toddler at home. Ed offered to personally work on our landscaping, mulching, weeding, trimming planting and more. He oversaw minor repairs in our home, helped vacuum and tidy up before every showing and open house while I took our toddler out of the home. He personally helped us pack and move boxes to a storage unit for optimal staging, and continued to offer help with packing, moving, and minor home repairs at both the home we were selling and the one we were purchasing throughout the entire process. He communicated with us regularly about marketing efforts, feedback from showings, and shared his wisdom when we asked. Not only is Ed Coffman an exceptional realtor, but a trustworthy, genuinely good human being and I highly recommend him.
