I've taken her several times. The first couple time when they cut her nails, they bled. Then I asked for someone else to cut her nails. That was a woman vet so then I got a male vet. The first time they cut her was good. The second time, she bled again. This last time in Sept was good and she did not bleed. I always have to wait when we go in, usually about 30 minutes.

We've used Countryside Animal Hospital on Nonaville Road in Mt. Juliet for several years but will not be taking any of our furr-babies back there. As long as everything is normal and routine, they are fine but, let something happen out of the ordinary and look out! Had our dog's nails clipped and the tech who did it cut them too short which split one of his nail back into the quick (the next tech who saw him told us this is what had happened). A few days later, it got infected and we had to take him back. Antibiotics and pain pills for several days (at our expense). Thought it was cleared up but, it came back. Another trip and more pills (again at our expense). Two more times of this and NOW that our furrbaby is going to have the toe amputated and , suddenly, it's not their fault and it's cancer!! Took him to another vet for a second opinion and, guess what? - the problem WAS more than likely caused by a bacterial infection that Countryside SHOULD have addressed in some other way than 2 1/2 months of selling us antibiotics!! Also, Countryside wanted between $800 and $900 to do the surgery (that THEIR tech's mistake caused) and the new vet is only charging around $400 (even though they had nothing to do with causing the problem)!! I've recommended Countryside for years but I will certainly NEVER give them another recommendation!

They're the best. They've taken care of our dog, ever since we had her. We buy her heartworm pills and things from them. They care about you and the dog.

I have been using them for four years. They are fantastic. I would not even go anywhere else. The office environment is just friendly. They are great people. The doctors are nice. It is just a great place.

Doctor Rachel E. Day along with the technician were very professional and caring. They preformed a urine test to see if my older cat had a bladder infection, of which she did. They also performed some blood work, since Nikki has some signs of kidney disease after reviewing her past tests with our last veterinarian in IL.
Doctor Day prescribed antibotics and a new medicine that is being used to help her kidneys filter her blood better.
I really like Doctor Day and all the others who work at Countryside and will continue to take my cat there in the future. They are professional and they keep a very clean hospital along with being very compassionate towards all animals.

They are wonderful. They take care of my pet really well. They are very caring. They call after an appointment to make sure that she was okay. We have used their services to have her when we were out of town. They are very good and take care of her very well.

Our cat was having difficulty with his rear legs and we were worried about a tumor. Very pleased with them.

I've been bringing my dogs and cats to Dr. Parsley for several years and trust him completely. Now that the building and practice have expanded there are two new vets that I like just as much (Dr. Day and Dr. Gilliam). My pets seem completely comfortable with all of the vets and techs so far, which says a lot since one of them is a grumpy older cat that has to go in periodically for blood tests. Each doctor that I have met with is very knowledgeable and thorough. They have removed several benign tumors from my elderly dog over the past couple of years, and have set my mind at ease when I call and quot;just to see how he is doingand quot; after surgery. They are equally wonderful with their human clients as well as with their animal patients. They are open before and after normal business hours (I believe it's 7 til 7 Monday through Friday, and shorter hours on Saturday) so it's easy to make a convenient appointment. The only problem is that they often run a little behind schedule, so you'll spend a little extra time waiting before your appointment. But I don't mind, because emergencies happen and it's nice to know that when it's your pet that's having the emergency they will make the time to fit you in. I can't say enough nice things about these vets!
