The people at Bluebird were amazing from the beginning. Their rep was next door doing work on a friend's house and he came right over to take a look at my hail damage with no appointment. The owner is incredibly nice and explained all options when coming to my home for a meeting. They did a new roof, gutters, interior water damage repair, and deck painting. All were the result of a hail storm. Our insurance inspector was VERY tough and Bluebird fought for us many times on the phone to get what we needed for the repairs. Their office staff was very friendly and always on top of communicating with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend them!

It went great! We called at 9:30am thinking there was no way they could help with our repair the same day. By 11:30am that day the job was done in a professional and friendly way. We'll definitely use Bluebird for all future roof and other work.

We took bids from four contractors for the work in September, 2016. Since like most people, I had never been through this process before, I spent a lot if time asking questions about the products involved and the specific shingles that were going to be used. Having had roof leak problems in previous houses before and having a number of difficult roof angles, etc. on this house, I was very concerned about hiring the right person. Justin Rogers, the owner, met with me quickly after I called Bluebird and was thorough in his review of our needs. Justin was very good at explaining all of the components of the job and the pricing. He was able to photograph our house and show us what different color shingles would look like on our house. We had a cupola on our garage that I needed to repair. Bluebird removed it for me and came back when I was finished to put it back on the garage. Bluebird's price was not the lowest bid I obtained but it was competitive and I felt like I got a good value. The job was started earlier than promised and they did a good job cleaning up when they were finished. All of Bluebird's people were friendly and professional.

Justin came out today as promised. I had two shingles that had blown off of my roof, he found several other loose shingles on the roof and made repairs to them as well as some other areas of concern. He was very professional and the price was very reasonable for the work done. I really appreciated him coming out the same day. It's great to have a business live up to their promises. I would definitely recommend.

Justin and his crews did a fantastic job with the replacement of the roof, siding, gutters and flashing from a storm that we had in May of 2016.  He came and met with us and consulted about colors and options and what others had done in the area to enhance the look of their home, which in turn, will increase the property value just because of curb appeal.  The way that he dealt with the insurance company and their adjusters was very professional and took a lot of the pressure off of us to have to explain what services were going to be applied and how they were going to be rendered.

I am proud to be able to have a Bluebird Construction sign in my yard.  Not only because they are a local business and I will always be supportive of my community, but because of the outstanding work that they do.  I highly recommend Bluebird for any type of Home Improvement projects, no matter how large or small.

Excellent all around.  They worked with my insurance company and got me good deal.  Work was on time and well done.

We obtained several estimates.  We had narrowed our choices down to two providers Bluebird and Lowe's.  The quality of the materials and the costs were comparable.  However, what put Bluebird over the top was their ability to work with our insurance provider to prevent us from paying out of pocket.  Bluebird took our first insurance check and completed our roof repair.  Once the repairs were made, they waited for the 2nd insurance check to arrive.  Once that check cleared, we were billed for our portion of the repair.  The company was professional and provided quality work.  Upgrades were made to the roof as well.  Overall, I would recommend this company if you have roofing repair/replacement needs.

During an extremely strong wind and rain storm the middle of December I woke up to find water pouring through the ceiling in my kitchen. I looked on Angie's List and found Bluebird Construction.The company sent a gentleman out to put a tarp over the leaking part of my roof within 30 minutes of my first call. When the weather dried up (in a couple of days) they met with my insurance adjuster, where both agreed that I needed a new roof. Within a week, the new roof was completed. Everyone from the sales person who put on the tarp to the gentlemen who came out and actually installed my beautiful new roof, everyone was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions, never condescendingly. I have recommended them to several of my friends and would use them again with confidence.

They were fabulous. Their communication was excellent, their recommendations for spot-on and they worked very hard.  It was like I was working with family.

The crew came the day after the replacement was authorized. They removed the old roofing, replaced the felt and shingles and installed a ridge vent. They were gone by sundown same day and did a very nice job of cleaning up the yard. Several inches of rain since with no troubles.

It went very well.  They were punctual and very professional.  They helped us through the process with the insurance adjuster.

They arrived at the designated time, went over every aspect in minute detail and gave me options that two other companies never divulged. Bob Redd was very professional, courteous, and understanding of my needs and financial situation. He did all the leg work with the insurance company as this was my first time to file a claim.
The work crew did a tremendous job of removing the existing roof, installing the new one, and the cleanup was the most thorough I could have imagined (even sweeping the yard and shrubbery for any nails and debris). I am delightfully satisfied and will highly,highly recommend this company to any and all that are considering roof replacement.

Our sales professional Bob Redd was very professional and very knowledgeable/helpful with roofing and insurance claims. My wife and I have heard horror stories from so many people about roofing companies chasing storms and then disappearing. Rest assured BlueBird Construction and it's employees are NOT that type of company. This experience was so stress free and exciting. The labor crew who completed the work was amazing! For a roofing job, I was amazed at how clean my house exterior remained throughout the entire roof replacement. At the end of each day the workers cleaned the area as if no one had been there roofing. (Unheard of right) once the job was completed they cleaned and washed out all the gutters and to this day we have not found one single nail anywhere around the house. In closing, I will recommend this company to any and everyone I know! Great job BlueBird!!!!

We were waiting 4 months for a previous company to take care of our roof. After back and forth phone calls and continuously being forgotten about, from the other company, I contacted my insurance agent. He informed me that he knew of a company, but they might be busy out of town, but that he knew one of the members personally and suggested that I contact him, because he might have been back this way early. Bob Redd was the agent that I spoke with and after he apologized on behalf of the other roofing company, which he was completely free of doing, he let me know that he would be more than happy to work with us. He applied no pressure and was courteous when I made mention that I wanted to give the previous company one more chance to ensure that I did not give up on them because of some "difficulties" they may have been facing. They did not respond, so I went with Bluebird Construction. We contacted Bluebird around mid May and the roof was on and complete within the month. With this company, and we being first time homeowners, I felt very comfortable with the decision that we made. For first timers, it is a real big step to do anything with a home, especially a roof, but when you get there, see the product, and everything that was disclosed happens accordingly, it gives a confidence to two parties: the homeowner and the company. Thank You Bluebird Construction for all of your hard work and professionalism!

Bluebird Construction advised us on the type of shingle and color that would work best to accent our new construction home. Based on Justin Rogers' (owner) recommendation, we chose a designer GAF shingle. We absolutely love the look it gives the house. Bluebird Construction coordinated the installation of the roof and we couldn't be happier with the results! 
Bluebird Construction also helped us replace a roof on our commercial buildings following a hail storm last year. With Mr. Rogers' assistance with the claim and adjuster, we received a new roof on both our office and shop buildings. Thank you!
