Everett Torrey was our contact for bluebird roofing and did an excellent job interfacing with our insurance adjuster and once approved by insurance to assist with the replacement selection process. Work was explained in advance and arrangements made to complete the project. The scheduler Jamie called to explain in detail how work would be done and exact timing of dumpster, materials and workers arrival. Finally Eric Elmo the site manager arrived with his crew and supervised job from start to completion. Every effort was mAde to insure no property damage and all trash debris and nAil removal was completed before releasing the job. Bottom line job completed as it should be. Most pleased

We lived in our home we built for 4 mos when we were hit with a tornado. Bluebird helped repair our home after tornado damage. Rob was super helpful from the start and upfront with everything and took all our concerns and worries away. Rob, I am so glad you came to talk to me that day. We had quite a list of repairs. New Roof, siding, gutters, repairing our porch posts, drywall, paint, fence etc. Everyone was so kind to us and any issues that came up they rectified them immediately. I find this incredible in a world where most companies stopped caring about the people Bluebird does care about their customers. Elder, who did the siding cares so much about his work if it wasn't perfect he fixed it before you even knew. The drywall guy was so good you would not know a hole was in our wall. Every crew was particular about cleaning up after and if they didn't you already knew and made sure it was taken care of before we could complain. We truly appreciate all you have done for us and our family. Our home looks even more beautiful than when we built it last fall. We hope we don't need you again ha ha but if we do you will be the first company we call. Danny and Justin thank you so much for always taking responsibility and telling us don't worry we will handle it and you did immediately. There was some waiting for things but you always kept in touch and checked in. You never left us hanging. My texts with questions were always answered immediately which is also incredible because I know you had so many other jobs going on at the same time. Thank you, Bluebird

The roofers showed up on time and completed the work in a day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Danny was very helpful throughout the entire process and kept me informed and explained how working with my insurance company would go. He handled everything with them so I didn't have to!

After obtaining five estimates I choose them to complete my roof repair based on their responsiveness and communication, their availability and their excellent warranty. Every phone call was answered or promptly returned, and every question was met with patient responses that indicated a great deal of knowledge, experience and concern for the needs of the homeowner. Because of previous commitments and weather predictions, the job was originally scheduled for eight days out, but they were able to move it up five days and completed it before the weekend rains! I couldn't have asked for more from Danny, the general manager; Mike, the on-site supervisor; or Francisco and his roofing team! I highly recommend Bluebird Roofing and Construction and would definitely use them again!

Bluebird Construction was recommended to us from a friend, and we're so happy we went with them. Danny H was our agent. He was efficient, kind, and he educated me on the issues I had with my roof, without trying to oversell. There's something to be said for getting exactly what you ask for from a contractor. The entire process from bid to completion was conducted in a timely manner,came in exactly at the cost he said it would with no surprises and looked better than I could have ever imagined. General Manager, Danny Hollis arrive at my house on time. He took photographs and spent time going over them and answer questions. Crew arrived as schedule. They were efficient, non intrusive, and cleaned up upon completion. Boards not used, were deducted from the bill. My roof looks great and my choice of this roofing company was a winner.

I hired Bluebird to roof my home and because I have a Mediterranean style home, Justin suggested GAF Monaco shingles which look like clay tiles! They did a fantastic job: the scheduling, the install and the clean up. I love my new roof and I can't tell you how many compliments it!!

Perfect job. Roofers arrived on time, spread out tarps all around the house, tore off old roof, put new one on, cleaned up thoroughly. They were like a well-oiled machine. They worked so well together, and were friendly and polite. Also very careful about cleaning up afterward. It looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service.

I needed either a roof repair or new roof. Bluebird came out the same day and worked with my insurance co and the adjuster for me. We decided a new roof was the best option. Timely and quality work! Finished in approx 6 hours including thorough clean-up. Very happy with results

Bluebird construction is a very professional organization. I recently had gutters and gutter guards and downspouts installed in a timely efficient manner. Very impressed with the quality of work. Danny Hollis production supervisor was fantastic, he came out to my home and went over all the details of the job, very friendly and knowledgeable about all the aspects of the job. The work was done as contracted and I was very happy with it. The installers were very efficient and experienced, professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My roof had been damaged from a severe storm. My insurance company claimed it was due to age and wear and tear. Blue bird went out of there way to meet with the insurance adjuster and then met again when my insurance company sent an engineer. If it hadn't been for Blue Bird and their thoroughness and extensive knowledge of roofing, my insurance company would have gotten away with not covering my roof damage.. Blue Bird arrived on the agreed upon day and tore off my old roof and replaced it with a new one in two days. They also replaced my vent caps with a ridge vent system. It's much cooler in the attic now. The roof looks Fantastic! They did a great installation and clean up. It's been on for over a year now and has held up perfectly to some severe Middle TN storms this year including an F1 that touched down a few miles away. I've had no leaks, no shingle lift or any issues of any kind. I would highly recommend Blue Bird.

Called another roofer, they inspected the roof and we agreed on a price. 3 months later (and 3 broken appointments later), I called Bluebird Roofing on a Thursday. They inspected the roof that day and we agreed on a start date of Monday. By Tuesday evening I had a brand new roof that was completely covered by insurance. I was at my wits' end, and Bluebird stepped in and saved me from an ulcer.

Great and fantastic work. Wrote estimate on Monday and roof was completed by Wednesday. The whole team was professional and courteous. The roofers was awesome. They tarped everything to protect our landscaping and 2 ponds. These guys are awesome. They handle it from start to finish.

My contact was fabulous. I told him quickly that I have a brain injury and would not likely be able to give him correct information he needed. - in less than 2 beats, he asked for my mortgagers phone number and he did every bit of the "legwork" to get to insurer and get the claim pushed through. Although they came a day later than scheduled, they tore off and put on a new roof in less that 4 hrs including lunch break and clean up - even left a nifty rolling magnet so we could go over the drive and yard to pick up any fallen nails in an effort to preserve our tires. The gutters were the same way. He came a day later than I was told, but finished in an hour and a half, man! He moved fast! From the first call to the last gutter nail, I felt heard and I feel taken care of and my original contact peson did not change in the midst of the project, thus helped me ,personally , immensely because I did not have to remember what I may have told another employee. Heck yes, I recommend them and will use them again if ever necessary! A +++

From the Bluebird Construction staff to each crew member that was here to do the work, everyone was polite, courteous, professional and just overall very nice to work with. Our experience working with Bluebird was extremely positive. Bluebird was great at working with our insurance company and completed our roof replacement quickly and thoroughly. There was a foreman onsite the entire time, the crew put up a temporary safety fence around our yard, cleaned up every bit of construction debris, and most importantly, did and amazing job on our new roof.

The project went very smoothly with the company representative Danny keeping me updated with photos as I was out of town at the time. The crew was very proficient and professional. They also took care of my home and lawn as if it was their own. I definitely made the right choice and recommend.

Bluebird came out and immediately identified the issue with our existing gutter system (water overflowing the gutter) and explained how to correct the issue. They did revise their initial quote with a higher price (before beginning the work), but I'm pleased with the final work product. I would use them again.

Bluebird replaced our roof due to weather damage. They were very straightforward, easy to work with and helped us each step of the way with our insurance company. I am very confident in the workmanship provided and our house is better off for it. We will (and have) used them again.

Danny came out and was extremely helpful in meeting with the insurance adjuster and helping to work out the pricing to replace the complete roof. I found there workers to be prompt, professional and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company.
