We used them a couple of times over the last two years ago. They also installed some wireless thermostats.They did install the thermostats for us at our request and they were very reasonable on the cost. They accommodated us int heir schedule.

The unit was older and it wasn't holding freon. The service call was fine, their price was just too high when we looked into replacing the unit. They are a local company and we like dealing with local companies. They were very responsive and their technician was very helpful and informative. He gave my husband a lot of information. He didn't have any complaints.
