They had a large crew who performed the work within one day. They cleaned up very well, especially with the magnetic roller to remove nails. They also worked with my insurance adjuster's quote to minimize the amount spent directly out of pocket. After our initial consultation, the representative dropped off additional samples and provided addresses of homes who recently received new roofs. We were able to pick out a roof color and pattern with much more confidence than relying solely on Internet picture and samples. We are very pleased with our new roof. Two of our neighbors have also used this company. They also recommended a group of workers to complete additional work that we needed done ( replace woodwork,painting, rehang doors, etc.) This group of workers were also very reliable and completed the work as promised and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

They did excellent overall. They are very good. The roof for rental home was about $7000 or $8000. I thoroughly researched and checked with about four or five places. Then I found them, I called them and they sent out somebody immediately. This guy has been right on the ball the whole time, his name is Steven and he was excellent representing the company. I would highly recommend him. He is the one that did the quote3s and the bids and followed through. Their price was better, I wasn't expecting that price and they followed through. So I was having a hard time making a decision on the roof, what time, the color and everything and they just jumped right in and helped me. The main thing was that I felt so confident with them more than the price and it ended up that the price was in line with everybody else. It is probably the best price I got. I didn't have any issues with them. Steven was better than any others that came out. They are a very good company. They were right on the money with their punctuality. They were more so professional than any others I met.

Austermiller worked with our insurance company and sent in additional pictures after the adjuster came out. The additional documentation increased the insurance company's coverage to include what we needed repaired after recent hail storms. They were very professional and very nice. The men that did the roof were all very polite and worked quickly to get the roof completed in one day. They did some extra's around flashing and even a little chimney repair caulking that was needed without negotiating any extra payment. They did a great job cleaning up. I would use them again.

They did a great job. They had ample workers to complete the job. They completed the job when they said they would. They did a quality job. They had their supervisor on site and they worked long hours every day. They were clean tearing the old roof off, they hauled off everything and they cleaned up their mess. They were very reliable. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Arrived on time and had the house roof off relatively quickly. The crew was professional and skilled. They removed two barrel vents and installed two box vents, put down artificial felt which I had requested and covered with shingles. Especially tricky was a pergola resting on the roof. They were able to lift it off the roof enough to get under it and roof that area then they designed a new way to put the pergola back which did not require nailing the base board through an uncovered shingle. Very clever and very nice job. A second crew arrived mid afternoon to do the detached garage. The whole job, except for a flat roof where TPO was used and flashing around the chimney, was done in a day. When finished, they cleaned nails and debris out of the gutters and the supervisor went around the house, driveway and garden beds with a magnet searching for nails. I've had three roofs done over time and so far as I can tell, the work was excellent. Every concern that I had was immediately addressed. The chimney flashing was done correctly. The crews worked quickly and efficiently. The supervisor, Mike Hinds, was on hand at all times and available for questions and discussion and was at all times friendly and willing to make sure all was going well. I was extremely pleased with Austermiller Roofing and especially supervisor Mike Hinds who clearly knew the job.

Company installed the roof at the condo complex I live in. For over 1 year I have suffered with severe leaks caused by improper installation of both roof and siding crews. 8 repairs were made over the course of a year with a tube of silicone caulk. Every time they said it was fixed for good, every time it leaked again. Finally, they re-shingled and Austermiller's personal siding crew replaced siding. It did not work and tonight it is leaking agin. When I questioned the quality of the work done in the past, and told him that I believed it to be done poorly this time as well, Roger, the owner, got extremely belligerent and threatened me with violence. He stated that "It would be worth a mother-fxxxxx night in jail to punch you in the fxxxxx face." I have a police report on file. He is upset because he has to keep repeatedly fixing a roof that was clearly installed terribly to begin with... by his own crew. There is currently a tarp on the roof that has been there for 10 days and counting with no work done.

Austin Miller Roofing arrived right on schedule and did not waste any time. They used quality materials and did fine workmanship. I am very pleased with the roof Austin Miller Roofing installed.
