I've used them two times for small repairs.  Both times, they came out either the same day or next day.   He was here less than an hour, and it's as good as new.  Very reasonable price.  Excellent service, and easy to deal with over the phone.

It was fine. The guy was really nice and helpful. No additional fees associated with the Big Deal. What the Big Deal said is what I got. They were here for less and hour completing the job. I’d recommend them.

It was OK.  They quoted me a price over the phone, but it turned out more expensive, but they responded quickly.

They assured me that although others recommended immediately replacing the door, that it would last for a few more years, and I had no rush to replace it.

Aaron got us on their schedule within 3 business days of my call and the technician was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. Very pleased with their service and costs and would use them again.

Replaced double-size garage door and all brackets.  Smooth installation. Everything is working perfectly.

After purchasing the maintenance and quiet rollers deal on Angie's list we were contacted right away to schedule the service.  We were called in advance (when the technician was on his way) and he was very punctual.  We had just purchased one deal on Angie's List, not even thinking about the fact that we had two garage doors now in our new home.  When the technician showed up, (I think his name was Shep), he performed the prescribed maintenance and installed the quiet rollers on our big double door, and he also fixed the single door by putting it back on its track and realigning or reattaching things.  This was an additional cost because it wasn't part of the deal, but he told us the cost upfront and it was a fair price, and  then completed the service right then without making us schedule another appointment.  Now both doors work well, and we are completely satisfied.  We will call them again when we need garage door service again.  We strongly recommend Aaron's Garage Doors.

They were able to come out the same day. Michael was professional and able to diagnose and fix the problem in the same visit.

They did a very good job.  They were prompt, punctual, and professional.  They cleaned up the job after the were finished.  I was very pleased with their work.

It went okay and there was no trouble schedule an appointment. He completed the job and installed the rollers and there were no additional fees. He was prompt, on time, and courteous. If I had a problem with my garage in the future, I would definitely call him again.

Based on my experience I'm surprised to see the number of positive ratings Aaron Moore has on Angie's List.  Aaron is a very nice gentleman, but seems to be scattered in his business dealings. 
I had an issue with one of my garage doors.  I found Aaron on Angie's List and called he on 09/25/13.  Aaron came out the next afternoon to service the doors and determine the issue with the one of them.  After about 15 minutes he let me know the problem was minimal and he would return on Monday, Sept 30th, to complete the job.  I never heard from Aaron again until I called him on Monday morning, Oct 7th.  He admitted he had forgotten me, but would call me back that afternoon with an update on the part.  Aaron did not call back.  I finally called him on Wednesday, Oct 9th, and inquired on the status of the part.  Aaron said he had the part, but was too busy to make it by my house that day.  We agreed he would be onsite at 9:00am on Thursday, Oct 10th.  Aaron did not show at 9:00am on Oct 10th.  I called him at 9:40am and he said he was in route and would be here within 15 minutes.  Aaron arrived at 10:05am and quickly determined what he thought was the issue was not the issue.  He sprayed some garage door lubricant on the unit and said I could replace the garage door system if the noise bothered me or continue to use until the system no longer worked.  I opted to keep the system with the noise until it no longer worked.
As previously stated Aaron is very nice; however, I will not use him again based on this experience.  I found working with him to be a frustrating experience.

It wasn't excellent but he did a good job. I didn't call him right away but when I called him, he scheduled it within a week.

He first contacted me to get specifics on the type of garage door that needed repair, gave me an approx. time on when to expect him. When he arrived he had the correct parts he needed to perform the repair. Had problem corrected within 30 minutes. Would definitely use again.

I had a little trouble getting someone out to look at our doors initially, after talking to Aaron the first time I think he lost my number and I had to call him back. Luckily I persisted and the technician that I met at our house was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I explained that we were selling our house, he located the parts to repair one of our older openers with a supplier but suggested a new opener for one of the other old units. I felt very comfortable with his suggestions and he came back the next day and did the work as promised. No hard sell, no BS, just a good experience.

One of the two torsion springs on our large, heavy wooden garage door broke this morning...after which we were unable to open the door. I called Aaron based on his AngiesList recommendations; he came out this afternoon (same day), and had it fixed in no time. I replaced them, myself, last time, so I know what a hassle it can be, including hunting down the right springs and getting the tension just right; and even how dangerous it can be as the tension is being applied...I had no desire to repeat that experience.
Aaron was totally pro, pleasant to work with, sharp, and seemed to enjoy his work.
....oh, forgot to mention, he even gave me some good free advice about an electrical problem I was having...which is now solved.

Aaron was wonderful! He was in the area when I contacted him and came right over. He installed my garage door keypad right then as well as lubricating and adjusting the doors because they were noisy and off kilter a bit. He also gave me an estimate for insulated garage doors that will be installed in the future. I will definitely use him for the new install and recommend him to everyone that needs garage doors or service!

It was good. The guy was really nice. They came out and I only needed a battery. It was really nice. I was happy with them.
