Provider has not shown up nor contacted me for service I have already paid for

Lied redundantly about coming to do repairs,every thing from two trucks breaking down the same day to going Christmas shopping. (seriously) thats what he said. Took approx 3 weeks to replace wheels even though i paid in advance. He said A.List didn't send info to him. I can show where i sent pics and called him for weeks only to be lied to. The last date he was to come was yesterday 12-1-14 and as usual he didn't show nor did he call. I can print off my ph bill and show tex to back up all that I say,no way can he do the same. Im done!

My experience didn't go very well. He sounded nice over the phone, but he was a no show and didn't respond. The second time i called and scheduled he had issues with his truck.

I installed an opener on my double garage door and it was not great. The top panel of the door flexed a scary amount when closing. I figured the spring was shot or something. 
Wisely I contacted Aaron's. Joe came out to take a look and immediately realized I had installed the opener bracket too high on the door and that the brace was too low. 
Long story short, he was there 5 minutes, told me what I had done wrong, took pity on me, and charged me nothing for the advice.

Very prompt response. I think he came out the next day and changed out our rollers. He suggested tuning up the other door and eventually replacing our system because it's so outdated, but he wasn't pushy at all. Felt like he knew what he was talking about. We'll definitely use him again.

OUTSTANDING
The garage door would not open yesterday morning.  The cable was off and spring broken.  I left a message for Aaron on his voice mail on Sunday.  He called to set an appointment this morning.  Aaron himself came out and fixed the door.  He replaced the spring and checked door and the other one. As usual he was there to meet our emergency need, on time, courteous.  He did a great job.

Aaron and Joe were great. Aaron was responsive, Joe (my repairman) was timely, knowledgable, courteous and super fast. I would not hesitate to call them again. Super job guys. Thank you.

I called Aaron on a Monday morning after my garage door opener quit on Sunday.  He called me back inside an hour and had a technician come out at 1:00 the same day.  Eli was actually a little early and got started replacing the door springs and the door opener.  One spring had broken in addition to the door opener pull handle and the intermittent operation of the door opener.  He replaced the springs and the door opener.  The job was around $660 and was done in under two hours.  Fabulous service ? actually I?d say ?elite? service ? and you can?t spell elite without Eli !  I just moved into this house and have had several companies and individuals do work for me to get it into shape and very few of them have delivered this kind of great service.  In a world where service and value are often lost, these guys rock.  Great service and value!

.Aaron came out Wednesday and gave me an estimate of $864 to install a garage door.  The garage had "barn style"doors previous. The estimate included an automatic garage door opener and he indicated the electrical work that was needed.  He said he would be back Friday at 10 am to do the installation.
I had the electrician out to do the electrical work Aaron said he needed on Thursday.
On Friday I waited till 11 to call Aaron and ask him when he would be showing up to do my garage door.  He said he would get hold of his guy who was doing the work and call me right back.  No word...finally at 11:30 I called again.  Aaron told me that his guy had gone to his afternoon appt. in the morning by mistake and would be at my house about 1.  I asked him to have his guy call me if he would be later than 1. He said he would.
At 2 "the guy" called me and said he was finished with his other job and would go to the warehouse to pick up my door and then be at my house.  He showed up at 2:45.  He said he probably couldn't finish since he had to pick up his daughter at day care in Murfreesboro.  He also said the first he heard of my job was a text he got from Aaron at 1:00!!!
Needless to say I was very disappointed not to get the work completed so this gentleman (sorry can't remember his name) got his mom to pick up his daughter and finished my door installation.
He left a box of trash (garage door opener) and too a sizable nick out of the overhang over my garage, but the garage door is in and the opener works.
It's obvious that Aaron completely forgot about my job and and to scramble to find someone to do it.  I would not recommend him or ever hire him again.

Aaron's a great guy. Super cool guy who straight-up knows what he's doing. He was responsive, worked around my schedule, and was in and out in 30 minutes. I will absolutely hire him when I replaced both doors and openers in the future.

It went well. It was very quick and I was pleased with the service.

It went great.  Eli repaired the bent frame.  Eli installed new rollers and it works better than it ever has.  It also is very quite when opening and closing.  I am very very pleased.

Aaron returned my phone call quickly, showed up that same day to give us an estimate, ordered our brown garage doors, and install them as soon as they came in. The service was great and I would recommend this company highly.

Also, when the door was installed, they did not provide a "push button" opener, so we had been using the remote car openers to control the door. Joe installed a remote opener for us and tested/ programmed additional remote car openers.
Service was complete within an hour.Tech was friendly, prompt and courteous.I will definately use Aarons Garage Door for any future garagfe door requirements.

I left a message on Angies Liist on June 24th requesting a phone call to advise Mr. Moore of the problems I was having with my garage door. I wanted to schedule an estimate. He responded days later that he had missed this message. He sent me a second message on July 1st that he would call me that day . He didn't. I sought the services of this company because of the great reviews it had but I guess with his current big deal offers and other customers he was too busy to respond.
After no call on July 1st I asked that he not respond. I know that several customers have had fine experiences with Aaron's Garage Doors but this was mine.

Another company told us two days ago that the door needed a new mother board.at a cost of $193 and it would be a week before they could install it.  I called Aaron's today and Tom came out at 3:00 and within 45 minutes had the door fixed.  No mother board was needed and all I paid was the service charge of $89.  They were right on time.  We now have a new garage door company!    

Garage door works like new, wife say's they were very professional and fixed the problem fast.

I called yesterday morning and the repair guy showed up within 3 hours.  The rep was professional and knew exactly what was causing the grinding noise and also had all the parts on hand.  Finished in about 45 minutes and accepted the $10.00 Angie's list coupon with a smile and left a sticker to place in my garage for contact information.  Will use them again.
