I have been plumbing since I was a 14 yr old kid. I’m a 4th generation plumber. My great grandfather and grand uncle and uncle and cousins were all plumbers as my sons are learning. I trained in the navy sea bees as a ut plumber, diver in the 1980'S-as well as Paul a veteran as well he was on the Enterprise aircraft carrier in the late 1980'S. I received my master plumbing license in 1989 Lic # 810525 in Lawndale, California, and do it all from leaky toilets and faucet repairs garbage disposers water heaters copper recipes repairs etc to complete kitchen and bath remodels and water heaters garbage disposers and faucets tubs sinks showers and even septic tank or clarifier tank installations sewer lines and waterlines underground or under houses we have electronic leak detection and sewer line camera services as well I clear drains as low as 25 dollars ask us how...thank you and god bless. In doing my research, I spoke to Becky and then Randy on the phone who were both very helpful and personable. Afterward, I set up an appointment on the following day for Paul to replace my water heater and install a pressure regulator using parts that I had purchased myself. The next day Paul called and said that he was running ahead and could start early, which was appreciated and the work was finished within a couple hours. Paul was very professional, diligent and attentive to detail, but also friendly and he took the time to explain why/what he was doing and how it affects the system along with the proper homeowner maintenance needed. Add all that to an excellent price for the service and that makes me a very happy customer who will call Randpro whenever I need a plumbing service.

The worker did a great job. The old man setting the appointments messed everything up from the get go. Quoted me a price and then come to find out that did not include fixing the shower faucet wanted to charge me additionally for that job when just that morning I asked for a quote for the complete work that needed to be done. Really left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt real bad for the actual guy that came to my house because he was a great plumber went the extra mile to make me happy even though my job could not be completed. Because of him I am rating that I would hire again.

Do not recommend. We contacted this company to fix low water pressure in our condo. The first appointment was scheduled for a window of 12-2 and he called at 10:30 stating he was ready and could not be there any later than 12. We made the first appointment work. He did some evaluations, I paid $90 for diagnostic and truck fees but was told it would be a two man job and they would have to schedule another appointment to fix the problem. We scheduled an appointment for my next day off and they no called/no showed. We contacted the office after they missed the appointment and she said an emergency call came up and we rescheduled. Again the next week, no call, no show. We again contacted the dispatcher who said yet another emergency call had come up. At this point we gave up on the company. This company does not value or respect their customers and I would not recommend waiting on them. We had another company come and fixed the problem within two hours with one man.

I made an appointment for the plumber to come out to my place. I ask the representative on the phone to tell the plumber to set the control valve to 65lbs. I reminded the plumber after he arrived to set the valve to 65lbs. He set it close to 60lbs. I talked to the owner of the company on the phone and he said for another $75 they'd come back out and correct the problem. I can not do that because they haven't provided any evidence that they are capable of doing the job correctly. They haven't established trust between us. And I made a mistake of paying him before I checked his work. Some men have to be treated like children. A water faucet pipe leading outside broke under the house burst while he was here soaking him while he was under it. He summarized it had froze during the winter. I am so lucky he was here, it was August 2017. I can't understand why it waited 5 months to burst.

fter several less than helpful videos on youtube, I decided just to get a professional. I was able to get AAA Randpro to come out during a two hour time frame on a Memorial Day weekend. They called 30 minutes before the start of the two hour mark. I changed my mind since their prices were so reasonable just to get both toilet insides fully replaced. It took Paul an extra 15 minutes to stop off along the way and pick up the extra parts. He was very professional, helpful, cheerful and efficient. The cost was even more reasonable than I thought it would be. These guys are going to be my plumber of choice from now on. It was about the best service call I had from anyone in at least two or three years.

Removing the disposal caused some real electrical issues. It tripped a breaker (turned out to be a GFCI outlet) that we couldn't find. This forced us to call out an electrician to trace the problem. The rest of the work went well until I noticed that the faucet was installed backwards. No problem, he just turned it around to face the right way. All told, installation took about three hours.

In the 3 separate times we used them, they were always quick to respond, did well the work that was asked, and also noticed other items that might need attention or adjustment. Courteous worker (Paul) always did his best to be on time, and was excellent about explaining things as well as doing an outstanding job of cleanup. Will continue to use this company, and highly recommend them to others.

Lou & Paul arrived to inspect the leak- on Wednesday, advised what would be necessary to fix it. Gave approximate cost estimate & found alternatives to the cost-  and gave me the option of choosing which route I wanted to choose.  They came back the next morning, fixed the water line, installed new faucets and cleaned up after themselves. It was cleaner AFTER they left than before they started!  The were Very personable, made friends with the animals, explained every step they were taking, were very professional and easy to talk to.
They went above and beyond & discussed some maintenance procedures for other things in the home & provided some easy tips & fixes.  These guys were awesome. I will call them again in a heartbeat.
