Went very well. I called at 6:15 expecting to reach an answering machine. Instead I got a pleasant young lady who took my information and told me someone would call later that day. I called back about 12:00 noon to see if I was still on the schedule and was told the plumber was on the way. Lee was there within 20 minutes or so, and he went directly to work to unclog the line, reseat the toilet and check to see that things were in working condition. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I was pleased with his work and I thought the price was fair. I have used A-1Brown on previous occasions and I have been pleased with their work. I like to see Lee show up. He knows how to do the job, he explains the problem and solutution, then he goes to work.

Everything went very well. The total cost matched the written estimate penny for penny. Lee was very professional and explained what he needed to do to fix the leak.

A 1 Plumbing is very good. I have hired them three times in the past few years. They normally responds within a couple of days and do a great job. I find them to be very professional.

When I called them, they said it would be $45 to fix the problem. So needless to say, when I got the final bill, I was very shocked. It took them all day to come out in the first place. At least the worker was friendly.

"OUR DIAGNOSTIC FEE IS $45. ONCE THE PLUMBER GETS A VISUAL AND UNDERSTANDS EXACTLY WHAT HE NEEDS TO DO, THE PRICE OF THE WORK IS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER THEN HAS A CHOICE OF HAVING THE WORK COMPLETED AND THE $45 IS WAIVED, OR CHOOSING NOT TO HAVE THE WORK DONE AND PAYING THE $45 DIAGNOSTIC FEE. I AM SORRY IF OUR POLICY WAS NOT EXPLAINED CLEARLY."
