I have been using this service for 3 years. He will come on any schedule you like (every two weeks, every week, every 10 days). He mows, trims, cleans up. He is very reasonably priced and flexible on payment arrangements. Several times, I have called him on a Thursday when I was deciding to take off on a Friday and wanting to relax by the pool and asked him to do a special buzz/run by at my house and he always takes care of me. I have called for other services from time to time and he will either give me a price (always reasonable) or give me a good reference to someone that can do it. I have never seen illegal workers and he spends time to talk with me if I am at home. I have even offered him a cold beverage on a hot day always refuses because he is working.
