I am on a fixed income (as most of us) and was so excited when several groups of youth from various out of state churches came to my home to do the above mentioned repairs....free of charge. When I came home the FIRST day of them working at my home, I literally gasped, and then cried. My home looked as if it had been vandalized! It was a complete and total disaster! Paint EVERYWHERE....even my shingles were ruined. I could go on & on at the mess I came home to, but it would take too long. It was a total disaster. There "leader" just dismissd it and said, "you're getting it for free"!!!!! They promised to fix everything, but it only go worse from there and was drug out for 2 months! I just wanted them gone, as every day that I came home and they had been there, something else was ruined. I even have paint tracked on my carpet inside my house. I never got a call from the church group leader to see if all was ok, even after she promised me she would not leave until I was completely satisfied. They didn't even paint the back of my house! But They did manage to ruin all my concrete landscaping borders (covered with paint), deliberate handprints in paint all over, painted my trees, plants in flower beds, etc...I was devestated and didn't know what to do. I ended up having to refinance my home, and called Roy Baxter. The first time he came out and went over things with me, I had complete and total peace that he would take care of my home as if it was his own. And he did. He went above & beyond my expectations, and made sure that everything was done in a professional manner and to my satisfaction. Every day I would come home and he made sure that everything was cleaned up. They only way I could tell he & his men had been there, was seeing the beautiful progress being made. I cannot say enough about this man and how he truly cared for my home. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone.
