Called Four Seasons and they scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Monday and Monday night we got snow. Four Seasons called first thing Tuesday morning and asked if they could reschedule since they would need to do a visual inspection on the outside units. We rescheduled for Thursday. Thursday they arrived on schedule. They did a thorough inspection on both units. The upstairs unit required some additional freon which they added for $20.00 The performed the inspection on both units for $65.00. They answered my wife's questions with a thorough and understandable explanation. They did suggest a few repairs (the condensation line upstairs being one of them) which we asked them to do. They will be sending estimates on the additional work. They were very good to work with. Took time to explain what they were doing and how it affected the house's environs.
Description of Work: Just purchased a house. The home inspector had left a couple of items from the HVAC system to have checked out. We called Four Seasons to do a check on the downstairs unit and the upstairs unit paying special attention to the upstairs condensation relief and to the flow.
