Real Estate Service
Brenda Branson (who now goes by Brenda Lastly) agreed on a flat price that she would do the real estate transaction for. The property I bought was going up for sale and I had to get a loan on it. She said for $10,000 she will buy the property, sell it back to me and that would be it. She bought the property but put it in someone else's name. She got the $10,000 up front. I have the receipt. In order to put the house in my name charged me another $10,000. I have witnesses that said she would do this for $10,000 but she ended up charging me a total $37,000. Everything was supposed to be done in 90 days and it took over 6 months.
