Walked in, asked to have a deadbolt re-keyed and they did it while I waited. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

When I called to arrange for someone to come to our home to rekey the locks, they were very polite on the phone and gave me the information about cost involved and scheduled someone to come out within 2 days. The technician who came was on time (actually a few minutes early), and he had all of the locked rekeyed in about 1 hour. The price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely call Town and Country again if we needed any more assistance with locks.
