AWFUL!!! They are inconsistent with quality (sometimes floors are great but vanity is not cleaned well; sometimes vice versa), but the final straw was coming home after a "clean" to find kitchen floor mats on my kitchen island! GROSS! The owner will not return my key even though I fired them 2 months ago!!!! He told me a month ago he would leave it under my door mat and text me when he did (which I was fine with) but now he won't return it unless I stay home during the day to wait for him. I work full time and cannot take time off for this - which is why I had cleaners that had a key to my house to begin with. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!!!!!
