Auto Insurance
Having been in business for myself , my entire life, I have had numerous commercial and personal insurance policies and agents. Many agents, if not most, after they sign you up, delegate any further business communications i.e. policy changes, questions, or claims to a subordinate in their office or the insurer.
Bill Queener is the exception to the rule. Whenever I have called his office with a question, policy or coverage issue or claim he has been available or returned my call within a few hours.
It's unusual and gratifying to find an insurance agent who is more concerned with helping you get the best coverage and honestly evaluating your insurance needs rather than selling you more insurance to increase his income.
