Rusty Wallace Toyota

I go see them every 3000 miles, so probably twice a year. I had them order those tires for me several days before I went to get them installed. They quoted me a price per tire. So then when I got over there and it was time to pay, the guy asked me what they had quoted me on the tires and the guy had quoted me $20 less on the tires than what he was supposed to. So what they did is, down on the bottom line of labor, they added $80. I almost didn't go back, but I've been going to them for seven or eight years. I pointed it out to him and I don't remember what it was he said to me. But, I knew what he was doing to me. He was a new face. They had changed management over there and this guy was new and he had never seen me before and I had never seen him.

Maintenance service involving the oil change and tire rotation went as expected.
I had been having intermittent problems with my alarm system going off for no reason. I had previously taken my Toyota vehicle to another location in Knoxville, and they were unable to locate the problem even though they had the vehicle for several days. Rusty Wallace Toyota was not able to find the problem or to replicate the problem, but they took the time and contacted their main service corporation. They were advised that there had been a few reports of this problem, and that it went back to a hood latch not closing tightly. They replaced my hood latch and told me to let them know if the problem continued. It has not. I haven't had the alarm to sound since then. Both myself and my neighbors are happy, especially when it would sound in the middle of the night.
I may pay a little more for my service work by going to the dealer, but it is worth it to me. They treat me well and go above and beyond to make sure that I am satisified.

I think they do good service.
