Reliable Sewing Repair

My long arm quilting machine stopped working. Jason replaced a motor (these machines have 2 different motors), and calibrated the machine so it functioned correctly. This is about the 4th time I've used their services, and have been extremely pleased with all aspects. They are not only competent and professional, but very pleasant people, as well. I highly recommend this service for home sewing machines as well as for long arm machines, as they have worked on both types for me.

He determined that it had a problem he could not repair here, and took it with him. It was delivered back to my home two days later, repaired. It cost a bit more than a regular cleaning service, due to the repair needed. But the cost was not much more, and I truly appreciated having him clean it so thoroughly, repair it, and return it to me. I definitely will use this company again.

My Husquvarna Topaz embroidery machine was making a grinding noise, I called the shop and Jason came to the house the same day. Yes they do house calls! It was a matter of greasing the arm of the machine, which he did in 20 minutes. The company had been recomended by a neighbor, otherwise I would have had to take my machine to Knoxville, an hour away with a 2 week turnaround time. I had called Reliable several weeks before and when they came I had another embroidery machine, a serger, and a quilting machine serviced and repaired. Father and son are both very knowledgeable about all machines, friendly and thourough about their work. What really impressed me is the fact that they are prompt, come to the house, and have reasonable prices. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my machines.
